Hey, I’m Lorina — and I know exactly how it feels to want more.
Not long ago, I was overwhelmed — two little ones at home, my husband working long hours, and the rising cost of living pressing in. I didn’t want to sign up for another “gig” that drained me and left nothing to show for it. When I discovered freshly milled flour, everything changed. What started as nourishing my own family turned into a way to build something meaningful — a business rooted in health, tradition, and freedom.
Now I’ve created the Micro Mill Collective so you don’t have to figure it out alone. This is the place I wish I had when I started — a community of women building micro mills, sharing tools, and leading the charge to bring back real food.
